· Implemented national review of VA's Graduate Medical Education Program (GME) Results: Guided internal and external review panels to evaluate number, distribution, and specialty mix of VA's 9000 medical resident positions representing 9% of the nation's GME
· Innovated structural redesign of VA's Special Fellowship Programs by creating hub sites for new programs. Results: Transformed individual programs to national programs through integration of curriculum and activities, leveraging resources, and creating national program identities
· Refocused national specialty organization, Women's Dermatologic Society. Results: Strengthened organization with Increased membership to 1000 members, new career development programs, and new organizational activities
